Flexiduct DUCT Machine & Raw Material Specifications
The Flexiduct Ductmaker has many advantages over the traditional glue bath duct machines. Firstly, the traditional style glue bath machines on average cost up to three times more to purchase and they have more technical and quality difficulties than the Flexiduct machine.
The Flexiduct Ductmaker is able to use as many as 15 different combinations of raw materials to be able to produce medium to high grade ranges of duct. Flexiduct Industries offer 10 standard ranges of pre-glued tapes to suit the Flexiduct Ductmaker, however are able to customize many combinations of raw materials to suit our customers requirements. Flexiduct offers all of the raw materials required for production of duct which include pre-glued tapes, high tensile wire, Metalised outer layer sleeve and polyester insulation, which all can be customized to suit our customer's needs.
The Flexiduct machine set-up requires minimal staff to be able to produce fully insulated duct. The Ductmaker itself only requires one person to operate the machine. Whereas to assemble fully insulated duct a minimum of two staff or maximum of three will ensure maximum production output.
Maintaining a Flexiduct Ductmaker requires minimal activity as only basic dusting and cleaning is required. Few parts on the machine require replacing or suffer from wear, however if parts are required a comprehensive stock of spare parts is kept in our factory and can be shipped anywhere in the world within days.
With all of our machinery & accessories manufactured in-house by our skilled technicians we are able to offer our customers the opportunity to customize machinery to their needs. Customization includes mains power conversion to suit individual countries, customization of duct sizes which may differ from the standard range and many other accessories.
